Necklaces/chains can be returned and refunded within 30 days of the order being received. All items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases of sale items are final. For hygienic purposes, earring orders cannot be refunded. All pieces can be repaired within 30 days of receiving the order.
